[COMP] Drive letters..ooooops..

I just realized you can't have two c drives and two d drives even on two 
physical hd's..because your c drive is the one the pc boots from.  SOOOO.  If 
I install the new hd as slave ...what drive letters does it get..and 
then..when I want to make it master..how do I change them and what do I do 
with the drive letters c and d on my old hd..I am soooooo confused.
