I'll take a stab at this one: several ways...one of them is to use a
partitioning software like Partition Magic and resize the clusters, or I'm
pretty sure you can also just use fdisk to make the partitions different
sizes (assuming you've just made them and there is no data on them) there are
charts available that show how much slack space is associated to various size
partitions. e.g. a 500m partition uses xx k clusters and a 1 g partition uses
xx k clusters...
fdisk will destroy whatever data is on the partition

{hey, isnt there something that fdisk does that doesnt destroy all data???}

Dont think thats what your after though, I used to use Partition It from
Quarter Deck, I only recently got Partition Magic 4 so I dont know for sure
if it'll change the cluster size without also changing the logical (is that
the correct term?) size of the partition.
Hope that helped some...
David
PS: it was dissappointing to discover that while Partition Magic 4 will let
me dual boot linux and win9x, I still have to get a different PM for NT
server...the one I got only supports NT workstation.
My NT server is backoffice. :(
