Ok here's a stumper for you guys. (and I don't seriously expect anyone to
know the answer.)
Just for fun I picked up a monitor that my workplace threw out. The monitor
looks to be in really great shape. When given power the monitor just starts
clicks and restarts,clicks restarts, you get the idea. When I say restart I
mean the light goes off in front, like the power has been cut off, like when
you press the power button, and then it tries to power up agian. Anyone know
what components I might look for that would be broken or bad.
