Re: [COMP] Redhat 6.0 install error msg

Hi,

My turn to ask for HELP.

I downloaded and installed a Picture View program - a 30 day free trial.

It comes with a nag window, of course.  I decided I didn't like it and
uninstalled the program.  It had made itself the DEFAULT viewer.
When I uninstalled it - I was left with no picture viewer.

Question:  How do I reinstall I.E. viewer as my default viewer?

Note: When I e-mailed the  company (nameless here -that would be telling
tells out of school {HINT}) they give me stupid answers like "reinstall
'Windows 98' from my MSWindows CD".   I know there is a way to reinstate the
I.E. Viewer,  I just don't know how.
Also, I believe  this practice of having a 30 day trial  program installing
itself as your default program as a way of making you purchase the program
is unethical, and is HACKING ( taking control) of my computer.
