I have to say..being an american...I just kind of assumed that even people 
from other countries knew what our American Holidays are..shows how wrong I 
was...ayup...live and learn..huh!?!?
And I would say..that teacher money is in the ballpark of american 
teachers..maybe toward the high end..I have two school teacher friends, but 
never discussed their salaries.  But it sounds high end...
