Yes.

As an example, say someone sent a spam using my email service. Without me
registering abuse@xxxxxxxxxxx with abuse.net - the mail put in Spamcop will
be sent to postmaster@xxxxxxx or abuse@xxxxxxx - parent name by default. I
am then at risk of having my dhs account cancelled.

But, I registered abuse@xxxxxxxxxxx and mail put in Spamcop will come to
that address. So, I can deal with the people directly.

I hope I'm being clear.
