Re: [COMP] Email and ISP's

Yes, actually it is possible to track any IP address back to it's beginning 
city and most of the time( all of the time with ISP ) to the company that is 
running the internet server.

For an ISP they could rescrict access to the pop servers to their own 
extention on the IP address (meaning the part of the number that will be the 
same for all of that ISP's users.)
