Hi,
I've got a security question:

O.K. just so that I understand - you want to track an IP to its ISP to
notify the service of an reputable user, right?
This is an interesting situation. My wife's little sisters surfed some of
the more unseemly sites when I was not home and now we get nasty little
e-mail messages every once in a while - completely unsolicited.
What software or configuration can stop these occurrences and/or is their a
procedure to reprimand the sites administrators?
