I hate to answer so sharply, but it looks like you may be out of luck.  What
the software is asking for is Win95B, the second B.  As far as I know, the only
way you can even get this one is by getting it when you buy a new PC (it's
OEM-only, in other words).  You might try installing whatever sevice packs
there are for 95, but I doubt they'll help.. :(  Just to check: right-click on
My Computer and select Properties.  On the top/middle right of the box that
pops, it'll tell you what version of Windas you've got there.

As for the Directx thing, you've got me...
