Definitely a problem in Win95.  Even if you have a startup disk for 95, it
probably doesn't have the CDRom drivers on it.  Did your Win 98 come with an
emergency startup disk?  If so, it should have the drivers you need.

Worst case, you obviously have access to another computer.  Download the
drivers you need for your CDRom to a floppy which has the system files
(startup) installed.  There is also one more file you will need . . .
mscdexe.exe.  It is normally found in the Windows\Command folder.

After the formatting was done, I stuck in the Windows 98 CD-ROM into my
CD-ROM drive, and turned on the computer.  I came to the DOS prompt, and
typed in my old CD-ROM drive, E:\, and it said drive not installed, or
something like that.
So, I still have this problem.....How do install stuff onto my hard-drive if
I can't even use my CD-ROM drive?  Thanks, Zander
