[COMP] ADMIN: New Network!

Ok folks, the time has finally come!  

The new DSL line should be installed at my new apartment today.  I can't
contain my excitement.  Things will be a lot faster, and a lot more
reliable. If all goes well tonight, I'll update dhs.org's DNS table for Av
web's new IP address, which will actually change sometime tomorrow
morning.  I'll move the server to the new network before I leave for work
in the morning.  

This means that for a few hours, things could get funky.  Some people will
be able to access the server right away, others may have quite a wait as
their ISP's DNS servers update themselves with the new IP address (this
process can take up to a week if your administrator is dumb).  

Now, if things don't go right today, there will be problems.  The lease on
my old place is up tomorrow at 5pm.  If the new DSL line isn't working
(GTE sometimes has trouble with this) right away, I'll have to move the
server anyway, and there will be downtime.  I'm hoping everything goes
well though. :)
