Claus: As we already discussed in person, I would merge these changes
before your stack since the patches touch the database quite heavily,
which makes them hard to rebase because of the many binary
changes. Sorry for the extra effort that's caused for you!
The only changes from my branch that can only be merged with some effort
are done on the binary DB model. To change the SQL file is trivial and,
by using the changes from there, the binary file can be patched.
