From the desk of public Relations
To all of our bowling friends, We are swiftly approaching another =
national tournament which will be held in Phoenix, Arizona. I hope to =
see all of you'll! Though we seem to be maintaing mour a membership =
base of around 900 members, I am sadden because each year we seem to =
loose as many as we gain. ABBA members, I need you to help promote our =
organization. I take pride in how many enjoyable moments that the ABBA =
has provided for many visually impaired bowlers and their friends and =
families. I am only asking that you join me and continue to say =
possitive things about your own organization. if you feel it has lost =
some of its' zeal, by all means, join in with us who wish to make it the =
best going forward and get involved. We are always looking for new =
talent. We want you to be on committees; run for official positions and =
vote on and recommend improvements. In short it is yours and only you! =
can make it better.
Oh and by the way, This year we are featuring a raffle that can =
provide you a free trip. Our stimulus raffle is paying $2500, $2000, =
$1500, $1000, and $500. I'll bet you can use that, i can! Just the =
other day i was speaking with one of our gratest cheerleaders, Janice =
Erkilla and she said, "Wilbert in Minnesota, we are encouraging each =
team in our league to buy a ticket as a team. so if your team has 4 =
bowlers on it you can split one of the prizes mentioned above for Just =
$12.50" What a deal.
