ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 
Answer client phone calls
Escalated emails and phone calls to 2nd level as necessary
Pass a writing test prior to processing emails
Process e-mail replies regarding Web sites as well as 
other travel related inquiries consistent with 
content/policies of airlines served by E-Travel Experts
Assist other team members with questions regarding NWA 
content, PARS, or general travel industry questions when 
Team Lead is unavailable
Back up team members as needs arise
Strive to meet performance targets
Report issues

OTHER FUNCTIONS:
Provide enhancement suggestions to improve overall 
performance of site
Participate in training and skill enhancing activities
Complete timesheets and other administrative forms
Participate in performance reviews and feedback sessions
Adhere to the organizations policies and procedures
Adapt to a growing and changing environment
Participate in team and company meetings
Stay up to date on current e-travel experts business 
information
Other duties as assigned 
Education and Typical Years of Experience High School 
diploma and/or equivalent experience and/or training. 1-2 
years experience in a large-scale multi-function call 
center environment. Knowledge of Worldspan Reservation 
System preferred Travel School degree preferred Commitment 
to customer service 

Special Requirements Ability to prioritize, anticipate 
situations, and take quick action Ability to manage 
multiple projects and recommend/implement effective 
solutions
