what you learned about telnet?s uses:
i learned many basic commands about telnet and how it works/what it is
used for @: http://www.techtutorials.info/sertelnet.html and
http://www.elated.com/tutorials/management/unix/basic/
telnet is basically used for accessing a compy (computer) from a remote
location, or for administrative purposes.
where did you practice telnet?
i practiced telnet @: telnet://140.147.254.3
tell us what happened, and mention at least one thing that you learned about
telnet as you tried using it:
i cruised the "library of congress information system," looking at all
of the info, finding out that telnet is tricky to use. i used some commands,
including the "ls" command, which, when used, made a list of stuff/wordage that
i didn't understand. i learned that the backspace key is very irrelevant in
the telnet environment.
