I subscribed to the following newsletters at http://nl.com.com/gen_login.jsp?brand=cnet :
Home Theater Weekly, CNET Digital Dispatch, and Photo and Video Weekly. Out of the three, I have received three newsletters from CNET Digital Dispatch but have not received any other newsletters at this time. I like the newsletters because you are able to pick topics that interest you and stay informed about the current technology or news that surrounds that topic. For instance, with the digital dispatch, I was able to read about the latest Gateway computers that were being released. Itâs been a couple years since I have bought a computer and so I havenât been keeping track of all the new technologies. This newsletter not only brought those things into focus but reminded me of how fast technology is changing. The only thing I really donât like about e-mail newsletters is, with this particular one, they send them out rather frequently and I do not have the time to read each and every one that I receive and so they bring a little more clutter to the mail box.
