Create a brief report on telnet. Tell us:
? what you learned about telnet?s uses (provide a URL to document where
you learned this)
Telnet is used a lot by gamers, people who like Unix and Linux, you can chat,
edit files and delete full directories, and troubleshoot CGI scripts. Libraries
seem to like it.

? where did you practice telnet (again, support this with a URL)
telnet://134.4.10.106 IPAC Extragalactic Database ned.ipac.caltech.edu
134.4.10.119
telnet://140.147.254.3 also telnet://locis.loc.gov US Library of Congress
? tell us what happened, and mention at least one thing that you learned
about telnet as you tried using it.
I learned I don?t like it! I learned that catalog files are no longer available
on LOCIS. I found phone numbers for the Library of Congress.
