[citw150] CITW150 Lesson 5, newsletters

I'm currently enlisted in the www.vbdotnetforums.com newsletter that informs 
me of not only forum changes but on occasion a patch for the vs.net editer 
as well as new objects to use in programs as well.

also i'm enlisted in the www.psychopathicforums.com newsletter that informs 
me of forum updates as well as admin shifts and whatnot

yes, i've been getting them for the last 2-3 or so years now.   given that 
both of them are on completely different subjects and that they are the only 
ones for their given forums, both of them are the best  (though there's no 
competition, so i guess both of them are the worse as well :P )
