Currently there is a fee-based spam:that offers, for a fee, to locate loved ones who may be disaster victims in the recent tsunami that happened. It is bad enough when we have a natural disaster to this magnitude and people really need the help. But, there are those out there who are preying on the vulnerable people who are victims themselves from losing loved ones in the tsunami.
