Hi Everyone,
Thanks Brian for setting up the email list. From my point of view one of the
interesting themes that came out of the meeting was user centric design. This
presented itself in many of the discussions we had across the workshop. It was
also apparent that between us we have view in on this topic from a variety of
angles including smart cities, wildlife monitoring in developed and developing
nations, water security, and from technical and sociological stand points.
Perhaps this is a topic we could consider in more depth in the future. As for
the summary article do you see this as a review of the event or something more
advanced? If the former I suggest we use the topic headings we discussed on the
day as a the main structure of the article.
