1.. I went to http://www.lsj.com and then to Jackson National Life where they
were hiring for a Web Programmer. The description of the job is listed below:

The Web Programmer will design and program Internet/Intranet applications.
Responsibilities will include: application design/analysis, developing project
plans, coding (thoroughly testing/documenting all code), and
maintaining/upgrading existing applications under the supervision of a Senior
Web Programmer. The candidate must interact with customers and development team
to establish, promote and enforce architectural guidelines. Must be able to
perform multiple assignments concurrently. Evaluate and learn new development
tools. Design and program new Web-based applications. Coding in Java, C++, Cold
Fusion, and Javascript. Maintain project work plans and meet development time
schedules.

I went to http://www.lsj.com and you can post your resume for free there. All
you have to do is sign up for an account. I believe living in the Lansing area
this is a great investment if you are looking for a job and plan to stay in the
area.
