Bert,
I know that they also will unpug someone at the central office if
they need to install a new account and do not have the equipment at the
time.Lots of behind the sean things go on that cause us to loose
connections and the phone techs have of doe all this checking and then
give up a case number and tell us the next level will call in the
morning, but somehow during the night without you doing a thing it
starts to work. So I figure a phone call to let them know will get them
to fix the internal problem until next time. My son worked for them for
2 years in the field troubleshooting dsl. Wow the war stories I have
heard.
