[chadfree] Re: Photo program question

you might want to investigate Photoshop Elements 2. Sara Froelich also
teaches online classes over a series of programs over 6 weeks each for $20
per program. There is also a Yahoo group devoted to PSE2.

You might also, as suggested, try GIMP or perhaps try this one

it is a freeware image editing program but I have not had an opportunity to
try it out yet.
