[chadfree] Re: Peggy- Photo program question

Peggy,
I have Photo Shop  (even went to a 6 week collage class for it). I do
not find it very user friendly. I have Corel Draw, Paint Shop Pro,
Picture it and Photo Elements. I mostly use Corel & Paint Shop pro. But
have been using Photo Elements for most of my picture editing & slid
show.
Paint Shop Pro has a lot of tutorial one the web, just do a google
search and it is very user friendly. I was teaching a volinteer seniors
class  how to scan pictures & negatives , edit and put into a slide
show. Started out using for beginners Micrograft Picture Publisher, then
graduated them to Adobe Photo Deluxe home version, the Elements.You can
do more things with Elements and it is MUCH easier than Photo Shop.
My suggestion is to download a trial version of Paint Shop Pro
(www.jasc.com) and do a search for tutorials for what you want to do
with it.
