If I may recommend a program which is free and should be down loaded
now while the computer is running correctly that will give you/us the
answers to many of the questions we need to know to help you.

Belarc Advisor

"The Belarc Advisor builds a detailed profile of your installed software and
hardware, including Microsoft Hotfixes, and displays the results in your Web
browser. All of your PC profile information is kept private on your PC and
is not sent to any web server."

This is a free program and will allow you to print out the data for future
reference or save it to your hard drive or removable storage.
