I'm here. Been sitting in the weeds reading the mail. 
 
Like everyone else I have a ton of things going on in my life. Things to wrap 
up and things to get started.
 
Besides that the old "Personal Confuser" has decided to start acting up. I 
won't go into the gory details except to say, "Me thinks it is time to begin 
building a new one".
 
This time I think I'll go with a Shuttle or BioStar Mobo and an Athalon CPU 
probably in the 2800 to 3500 range. I'll be replacing my 133 SDram with 512 to 
1 Gig of DDR. Most likely PC 2700. For a HD it will probably be something in 
the 120 to 200 Gig range. I'll be keeping my old 80 Gig HD as a slave. I need 
the storage space as my Dad had a huge record collection dating to the 30's and 
copied it to cassette. I have been transfering them to CD's. To do this I have 
been using Magix's Audio Cleaning Lab, a wonderful program.
 
I'll update my OS to XP Pro. Add a DVD + & - and throw in an updated video card 
but keep my Sound Blaster Live 5.1 audio card.
