[cad-linux] vi or emacs bindings for cad

the autocad command-entry model is nice, but what about a modal setup like vi?
I figure that by the time you get done writing a cad application from
scratch, you are going to be more used to vi or emacs than the
what-you-type-is-what-you-see model.
