I realize this. That's why I'm proposing an automated tracking of=20
active/stalled/dead status. I think the author of each project has one=20
minute per month to reply to an e-mail. That saves a lot of effort.

Certainly. It would be great to get this onto one of the existing=20
directories. The wiki is probably a secondary issue. I think the database=
=20
should be the primary one.
