[cad-linux] Re: modeling kernel

On the subject of different kernels and libs.  
TomCAD uses both opencascade and hoops3d.  

what were the advantages of each?
why were both needed?

btw, i'm still trying to get it running.  i have the newer python, but it is
still giving me trouble.
