[cad-linux] Re: intellicad

Well that sort of makes my project a waste of time. They might be able to
pull it off, the only parts of a drawing definition that are really embedded
into windows are the various SYSVAR's that are stored in the registry and not
with the drawing. Everything else linked to windows is just user interface,
but there is a TON of it!!!

When I was working on my viewer program I choose QT because their libraries
did a lot of the interfacing with the operating system for drawing vector
display, dialog boxes and the like. I expect IntelliCad has the same
intertwining by using the Microsoft MFC libraries. Good luck to them pulling
it apart.
