[cad-linux] choose an lx-viewer splash screen

Hi

I've put Keiths proposed splash screens for the lx-viewer project up at
http://lx-viewer.sourceforge.net/splash.php

And put a message asking for comments up on the projects forum at
https://sourceforge.net/forum/forum.php?thread_id=732517&forum_id=97584

There's 4 to choose from at the moment. If anyone wants to comment on
them at all you're more than welcome.
