[cad-linux] ThanCad

ThanCad is going to be a 2d cad program. It is written in python
and should be OS-independant.
ThanCad is in embryonic state. Right now all it does is storing
drawing objects into a quadtree structure.
ThanCad is developed sourceforge (sourceforge.net/projects/thancad)
and will be distributed under GPL.
I am afraid I will be late responding to any messages, since I 
develop ThanCad in my free time!
