[cad-linux] Progesoft Beta of Intellicad 4

Just to say that Progesoft have begun their beta-testing programme and
are looking for testers.

I have downloaded the tarball (Be warned: it is an 80meg file) and the
installation went beautifully.

There are a couple of niggles initially, the toolbar customisation
closes the program without warning, but initial impressions seem very
favourable.
