[cad-linux] Newbie question - where to start

=09I need help with starting. I am programmer, but have no expirience wit=

at all. I want to make 3D plans for my new house (including electricity,=20
water and so lines) and I want to have it in computer.=20

I am looking for some system, which is=20
=09beginer friendly=20
=09is able to create different views=20
=09    (looking from room to kitchen,=20
=09     looking from this outside point to the kouse ...)
=09helps me with making plans with marked dimensions
=09runs on Linux
=09cost nothing else then time to understand (free/GPL/...)

Can you suggest me which one will be suitable for me?=20
