Hello, my name is Phrostie and I use Linux for CAD.
by day i'm a Catia Driver on AIX.
at home i like to do work on personal projects and have been tinkering
with different software for Linux for several years.
most recently i've been useing Intellicad with Wine. Yes i know this means
that i've fallen from the truer faith, but it does what i need. I also have
and use Qcad, and have used Varicad from time to time. my only issue with it
has always been a poorly organized gui.
I've tried ME10 and was reasonable impressed right up until they droped the
Linux version.
there are many others, but i would be interested in hearing what others are
useing or what projects they are working on.
Phrostie
