Hello all,
Hope this doesn't smell like spam... Just to let you know that the
latest stable Lx-Viewer (0.98a) is out and give a quick overview. For
anyone that doesn't know LX-Viewer is a program that will allow you to
open, view and print DWG or DXF files on Linux (+other things).

Don't forget, you will need the OpenDWG libraries also

New features in 0.98a:
* latest Qt3 and OpenDWG support
* Single/multiple drawing auditing and reporting
* Accepts multiple command line parameters when starting the program
* Internal command line with command history
* Postscript printer resolution increased from 72dpi to 600dpi
* Text and picture previews added to the open file dialog
* Viewer now stores a bitmap preview picture with the drawing file
* Drawing is sniffed prior to load looking for corrupt data
* XPM file output replaced with Portable Network Graphics files (PNG)
* Standard install: ./configure, make and make install working 100%.
* many other misc improvements.......
Project changes
* New, more informative website with development roadmaps/targets etc
* Project team up from 6 to 16 members
* Development has begun on 0.99a
