[cad-linux] Intellicad2001 update

I've been told that the current downloadable evaluation version from cadopia 
is the Wine friendly version that many of us have been waiting on.

for those not familiar, this is not a native linux application but one that 
does run reasonable well with Wine.

for those who keep track of Intellicad releases this is the icad2001-3.3 
build.
