Feeling embolded from the ICAD/WINE install success at the office, I 
duplicated the setup on the system at home. Funny thing is, the home 
system wants me to click OK in the 2 boxes presented and not just 
dismiss them by closing. Also, you may already use the "WineTools" 
utility but I found it this weekend and it really helped me:
