[cad-linux] Re: GraphiteOne 1.2 Release

I have to agree with John on this.   

It would have been very nice had you, five years ago, came to us and
asked for assistance with developing GraphiteOne, under the GPL.  I know
that I for one would have lent a hand or possibly several hands.  

I need a GPL (or at least a "source code available") CAD solution.  I
won't get involved with any more software products where I don't have
access to the code.  We are running several products that we've made
code modifications to and we'd never go back to a closed source
applications.

Open source solutions are available for just about every other
application.  I wonder when a GPL CAD solution is going to surface ?
