my understanding of the problem is that RH9 uses the latest C libs to compile
the kernel. to speed up the libs/kernel they removed an index that points to
the different functions. Wine counted on this being there. i know there are
workarounds, but was hoping someone had worked thru them.
i guess the bottom line is that if you are running bleeding edge libs you
need bleeding edge wine. if i learn anything i'll pass it along.
