On November 13, 2006, Autodesk, Inc=2E filed suit against the Open Design All=
iance, alleging that our DWGdirect libraries infringe their trademark for t=
he word "AUTODESK=2E" On November 22, the United States District Court for t=
he Western District of Washington in Seattle issued a Temporary Restraining=
Order affecting the Open Design Alliance's DWGdirect libraries=2E
Due to this order, the DWGdirect version 2=2E1=2E0 libraries are no longer avai=
lable for download=2E Updated version 2=2E1=2E1 libraries, which do not
include =
the code affected by the order, are available now=2E
If you have previously downloaded DWGdirect version 2=2E1=2E0, you may be direc=
