That's pretty much the "default" style of viewing --
at least for views of a model.  A "plan" view would
simply be a top-down view of your model with
<<perspective>> off.  There are buttons -- tons of
buttons -- in general but, in the case of this pic --
none of the windows are currently displaying same. 
Any "window" can display buttons, file browsers, model
view, etc..
