[cad-linux] Re: BRL-Cad

Pray for our nation.... BRL-CAD sent me the decryption key for version 5.3
instead of 6.0. I succsessfully installed 5.3 from rpm that was in my
home/ernie RPMS directory only problem is, I can't find the executable or any
setup.sh I just ran brlcad-check.sh with the results:
[root@localroast bin]# brlcad-check.sh
verify.sh: Verifying that /usr/brlcad/bin is in your search path.
./brlcad-check.sh ERROR: /usr/brlcad/bin (BINDIR) is not in your Shell
search path!
./brlcad-check.sh ERROR: BRL-CAD setup can not proceed until this has been
fixed.
./brlcad-check.sh ERROR: Consult installation directions for more
information,
./brlcad-check.sh ERROR: file: install.doc, section INSTALLATION DIRECTORIES.
Reading the indicated document, I find that I don't have files mentioned in
the fix. It seems that this doc is for a source code install. Any help would
be welcomed. Regards, Ernie
