The plan is to make a poster and stuff for ODBZ but I think we need to nail
down our analysis/cable format first. Which I think we've done.

Me and JP thought it would look good like this:
Main english cable article:
http://cablewiki.net/index.php?title=00HARARE6677
As you can see the analysis is included from
http://cablewiki.net/index.php?title=Analysis:00HARARE6677 and you can
toggle its visibility. This allows us to lock down the english version of
the cable (i.e. the original) to prevent vandalism while still allowing
anyone to edit the analysis.

I would recommend also to lock the other language cables once a reviewer is
happy with the content.

The analysis can be included by simply putting {{Analysis Toggle Box}} under
the Analysis heading on a cable article. Doesn't matter if the language is
DE it will automatically pick up that languages analysis.

The other thing I wanted to find out is if anyone has contacted other
projects to see if we can use their summaries/translations on cablewiki. I
suggest that we keep track of this here:
http://cablewiki.net/index.php?title=Similar_Projects

Of course if you see any Creative Commons or Public domain licences
notifications go ahead and copypasta :)

If you know of a project that isn't on that list, please list it :)
Copying other sites content will help cablewiki get complete faster and they
shouldn't mind because it is all for the same cause. Maybe if you copy
stuff put links in the links section of the analysis.

The other thing we should do is licencing the site as creative commons so
that other projects can use cablewiki stuff freely.

And the last thing I reckon we need to work on is HOWTOS. Use the "Help:"
article prefix to make articles to tell people how to do stuff, and make
sure you link to it on the
http://cablewiki.net/index.php?title=Help:Contents page - there are already
a few in there.

If everyone thinks it looks good I'll set a bot to create all the neccessary
pages so that people can jump right in and edit stuff.

Once we have all the plugins and stuff done and most of the stuff in the
[revamped] todo list, we should bombard notice boards and reddit and stuff
with pleas for help lol.

Cheers guys,
Translucent
