As Hadi stated, all major airports have 4-character ICAO codes. e.g., (as
Hadi explaned), you would use the phrase...
"Make the destination airport Echo Gulf Lima Lima" for Heathrow.
The IYP code also supports 3-character ICAO codes for smaller airports.
e.g., you would use the phrase...
"Make the LOCAL destination airport four seven alpha" for Cherokee County
airport in Canton, Georgia.
On the IYP site, in the section entitled:

the documentation reads:
Set the destination airport
Destination airport { PHONETIC }
Make the destination airport { PHONETIC }
Set (the) destination airport to { PHONETIC }

Set the local destination airport (3-character ICAO)
Destination local airport { PHONETIC }
Make the local destination airport { PHONETIC }

(e.g., Set the local destination airport to Four, Whiskey, Six)

PS. Furthermore, as Hadi has explained, IYP has been designed to emulate
"real flying" as much as possible. In the "real world", unless I was
planning on staying below 2,000 feet to conduct, for example, touch and go
approaches, I would never have flown without filing a Flight Plan - it's
far too dangerous. Without filing a flight plan (even if you're squawking
1200), nobody will ever be alerted to go out looking for you if you crash,
so bring lots of beer! (smiles)

I'm not sure about the word "the", So maybe try using it with and without
it? I forgot about that command.
If you want to set everything manual, Then You'll have to also set the
origin airport as well, to whatever airport you're starting from.
And last thing, not using a proper IFR flightPlan will result of
ItsYourPlane having not full control of your aircraft, and You will have
speed control issues, Which would result in wrong altitude positions at
wrong times, Which will result in crashes. Unless you have an online ATC
or a group flight with someone advising on your navigation, It's not
recommended to do that.
