[bvipilots] How to land at KLAS

What is the proper way to land at KLAS on runway 7L or 7R?  I was flying a
787.  ATC had me on both approaches at 8700 and 9100ft respectively and then
descending down to 4200ft right before landing.  I was told to start the
descent at about 20 miles out.  I was on visual approach and told michell to
perform a visual landing once I turned onto a heading of 105.
