The problem here that you and the original poster (cihan okay) have seems to
stem from a lack of inclusion of the actual error message. Perhaps if you
included the error message, someone would be able to assist you.
In cihan's original message (which you have not quoted, making my reply here a
guess at what you were replying to) he stated that at least part of the message
indicated that he should send the 8-digit hexidecimal code to
mterlouw@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx - which would seem to me to indicate a course of
action to take. :-)
Perhaps this URL would also be a good starting point how to ask questions about
bootscriptor, cdshell, or for that matter, any technical problem you are having:

Note that esr DOES NOT know anything about bootscriptor or cdshell - his essay
has to do with how to ask questions. It is a very good primer for how to ask
questions in a way that the people answering them don't have to GUESS at what
it is that you're seeing or trying to do (among other things).
