[boot scriptor] boot multiple cds

Hi,

From searching around I know that booting multiple
ISOs from a cd is not yet possible but...
Is there a way to just put the contents of each cd
into separate folders on then make it boot as though
the folder is the root of the cd? 
I know you can do something like this with Windows cds
by modifying the bin file. But what about other cds
that dont use that type of bin file to boot.
