Showgif.csm isn't working for me.  Also, I'll have to make some changes in
Boot Scriptor/CD Shell in order for it to work in VMWare 4.  For some
reason VMWare only supports one display page at 640x480x32.  Bscript/cdsh
uses two pages and flips between them, so that you don't see the image
being drawn.  I'll look at the code to see how much needs being changed,
and if it's an easy hack I'll get things working for the next release.
