[boot scriptor] CDSHELL 2.0.11 error?

Hello,

I have an cdshell.ini (using cdshell 2.0.11) file which used to work fine, 
but after adding some (syntactical OK) lines, cdshw.com chokes on it. The 
lines are added are simple:

  if ($lastKey == key[sf1]); then memdisk /atnl_ima/bulk_1.ima
  if ($lastKey == key[sf2]); then memdisk /atnl_ima/bulk_2.ima
  if ($lastKey == key[sf3]); then memdisk /atnl_ima/bulk_3.ima
  if ($lastKey == key[sf4]); then memdisk /atnl_ima/bulk_4.ima
  if ($lastKey == key[sf5]); then memdisk /atnl_ima/bulk_5.ima
  if ($lastKey == key[sf6]); then memdisk /atnl_ima/bulk_6.ima
  if ($lastKey == key[sf7]); then memdisk /atnl_ima/bulk_7.ima


When testing the cdshell.ini file with cdshw.com the following is displayed 
in the DOS box:

Any idear what this "12" means? Or even better, why is it failing?
